What's the role?
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Transformation Strategy & Delivery team within Workplace Operations and Supply Chain. You will join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team responsible for driving complex multi-year strategic business initiatives.
The Change Manager will be responsible for driving the preparation, planning and execution of change management initiatives for system implementations and product development across our Enterprise. This role will provide overall implementation services to assist our businesses in overseeing complex full life cycle implementations and product development. The Change Manager will also provide hands-on change management training to our product teams.
We'll trust you to:
• Partner with Senior Business Leaders, Chief Product Owners (CPO's), Product Managers (PM)s, and Agile Teams across the Enterprise to support the design, implementation and evolution of a system implementation and transformation efforts through defined change strategies
• Develop strategic plans to engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in for system implementation and product development efforts
• Define the value of a technology implementation and product development efforts to build case for change
• Engage Senior Change Sponsors and Managers to evaluate organizational readiness across businesses, systems, products and services
• Define metrics that can be used to track success and adoption across systems, products and services
• Recommend organizational change solutions and timelines, and identify interdependencies across the organization
• Determine training needs; support the design, build and delivery of training programs in relation to system implementations and products deployed
• Identify strategies to manage resistance to change; apply techniques to manage change across the organization
• Ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans, drive change management activities across multiple business areas
• Facilitate persona workshops to support development of a system implementation/product development change roadmap and strategy
• Leverage critical thinking skills and previous system implementation experience to execute system implementation change/product development roadmap
• Develop artifacts (system implementation change impact assessment, communications, leadership updates, training needs analysis, training materials, engagement plans, champion networks etc.) to execute a change strategy for a system implementation and product development efforts
• Develop and lead the Readiness Assessment phase of a system implementation and products and services to ensure proper build, testing, and change activities have been executed to ensure success
• Develop reporting to drive decision making efforts
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of Change Management experience
• Working experience on training individuals and teams in change management principles, design / lean thinking
• Experienced Change Agent leading process improvements in a large enterprise
• Outstanding interpersonal, problem solving and communications skills to influence executive leadership and product managers and teams to attain implementation success
We'd love to see:
• 2+ years of deep change management experience supporting large CRM or ERP implementations (full lifecycle) such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
• Prior experience in developing and executing change management plans, communication plans and overseeing business change across enterprise solutions in an Agile organization
• PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent

Salary Range: 110,000 - 210,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
